GPAC - Serving the Hydrocarbon IndustryGPAC is a non-profit organization formed to promote the interaction and exchange of ideas and technology to those involved with or affected by the hydrocarbon processing industry. Similarly, PJVA works to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of petroleum joint venture relationships and activities.
PJVA - A Network of DisciplinesThe mission of PJVA is to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of petroleum joint venture relationships and activities. A Joint Venture is an agreement between two or more oil and gas companies for the purpose of development and production of oil and gas properties. The agreement defines a production area (a Unit), a production facility, or services to be provided, such as gas handling. The agreement documents the relationship between the parties and the responsibilities assigned to the parties.
REFOCUS: Opportunities and PerspectivesEach year these organizations come together to present the GPAC / PJVA Joint Conference. Here members of the natural gas processing industries including producers, processors and natural gas pipeline operators, meet to share technical information regarding gas processing.
