Quorum Business Solutions Registers Strong Corporate Performance in 2004 

Houston – June 24, 2005. Quorum Business Solutions, Inc. (Quorum), a leading provider of software solutions and consulting services to the oil and gas industry, reported strong product sales and continued profitability during the 2004 fiscal year. Quorum achieved record product sales, launched several new energy software products, successfully completed a number of major projects, and concluded two recruiting campaigns.

 

In 2004, Quorum signed over 20 new agreements to deploy various software products from the Quorum Energy Software Suite. Notable agreements include projects to deploy the Quorum Pipeline Transaction Management, Quorum Volume Management, and Quorum Land & Lease Management software products. These agreements demonstrate the success of Quorum’s expansion into the upstream and pipeline energy sectors. Also, increased industry activity in the midstream area continued to drive strong interest in Quorum TIPS, with six additional clients licensing the de facto industry standard solution for gas plant accounting. Quorum added a total of thirteen new clients in 2004, including four in Calgary, demonstrating the software’s applicability and configurability to the specific requirements faced by Canadian energy companies.
