Pengrowth Energy Trust Deploys Quorum TIPS to Manage Judy Creek Facility Operations 

Calgary, Alberta - December 14, 2004. Quorum Business Solutions, Inc. (Quorum) has entered into a new licensing agreement with Pengrowth Energy Trust (Pengrowth) for its Quorum TIPS software. This licensing agreement represents the 28th installation of the industry standard gas plant accounting and allocations software. The contract also signifies the second Canadian installation, demonstrating the software’s applicability to the specific requirements faced by Canadian gas plant operators.

 

Pengrowth is one of the largest Canadian energy trusts, as well as a major oil and gas producer in North America. It has operations in Alberta and British Columbia as well as non-operated properties in Saskatchewan and offshore Nova Scotia. Pengrowth’s Judy Creek facility, its largest producing asset in Alberta, processes oil, natural gas and natural gas liquids. 2003 production rates at the facility averaged 12,535 BOE per day.
