Cinergy Marketing & Trading, LP Licenses Quorum's Contract Management Software 

Houston, Texas – June 9th, 2003. Quorum Business Solutions, Inc (Quorum) announced today that it has entered into an agreement with Cinergy Marketing & Trading, LP (Cinergy) to license, implement and support the Quorum Contract Management and Quorum Query & Reporting software applications. Cinergy Marketing & Trading is the fourth energy company to license the Quorum Contract Management software in as many months.Cinergy Marketing & Trading, LP, is a subsidiary of Cinergy Corp., one of the leading diversified energy companies in the US.

 

Cinergy Marketing & Trading is the Houston-based part of the corporation’s energy merchant business unit and is involved in origination of natural gas supply for wholesale customers as well as trading of natural gas.
