Quorum Acquires Energy Consulting Practice of MACRO Enterprises 

Houston – April 11, 2007. Quorum Business Solutions, Inc. (“Quorum”), a leading provider of software solutions for the oil and gas industry, announces that it has acquired the Energy Consulting Practice of MACRO Enterprises (“MACRO”) headquartered out of Houston, Texas.

 

MACRO’s Energy Practice focused on providing business process and systems support services in the pipeline, gathering, and marketing sectors. The acquisition will integrate seamlessly with Quorum’s current activities and will further strengthen the already well established gathering, transportation, and energy marketing practices.
