Corporate Structure.
Quorum Business Solutions, Inc. (“Quorum”) is the parent
company of Quorum Business Solutions (U.S.A.), Inc. ("Quorum
USA"), Quorum Business Solutions (Canada), Inc. (“Quorum
Canada”), and Quorum Business Solutions (International),
Inc. (“Quorum International”).
Product Licenses.
Quorum owns all of the products discussed on this web site,
except
for the Quorum – TIPS product (TIPS). Accenture Ltd.
owns TIPS, but has granted to Quorum the exclusive TIPS marketing
rights. Non-exclusive licenses to use any of these products
may be granted by Quorum under its standard licensing agreement.
Licenses to licensees located outside of the United States,
however, may be made by Quorum International, rather than
Quorum.
Services. Quorum USA will
install and customize any of the above products for the licensee
pursuant to a separate installation or consulting agreement
between the licensee and Quorum USA. Quorum USA also will
be the entity that provides any support for these products.
Services performed outside of the United States, however,
may be provided by Quorum Canada or Quorum International.
No Representations or Warranties.
Nothing on this web site constitutes a representation or
warranty, including the descriptions of any of the products
discussed on this site. Any representation or warranty concerning
a product will only be made in the license agreement between
Quorum or Quorum International and the licensee.
Trademarks.
Quorum asserts common law trademark rights to CLIQS™, ConTracker™,
ema™, Environmental Management Assistant™, JIB™,
PREPS™, and WREX™, QFC™, and Quorum Foundation
Components™.
Quorum – Contract
Management.
The document generation feature of the Quorum – Contract
Management product merely assembles a contract from standard
contract clauses provided by the licensee. As with any contractual
issue, the licensee should consult a lawyer with respect
to these clauses.
