Calgary, Alberta - August 17, 2004. Quorum Business Solutions, Inc. (Quorum) has entered into a licensing agreement with AltaGas Income Trust (TSX:ALA.UN) for Quorum TIPS (The Intelligent Plant System), Quorum Contract Management and other associated software. AltaGas is one of Canada's top ten natural gas processors and one of Canada's largest midstream energy Trusts. This licensing agreement represents a milestone twenty-sixth implementation of Quorum TIPS and the first user of the software in Canada.
