Quorum Announces the Appointment of Rick Piacenti as Chief Administrative Officer

Houston – September 13, 2011.  Quorum Business Solutions, Inc. (Quorum), a leading provider of business and information technology solutions for the oil, gas, and renewable energy industry, announces the addition of Rick Piacenti to its senior executive team.  As Executive Vice President of Finance and Chief Administrative Officer, Rick will work with the rest of the executive team to drive Quorum’s continued growth and will undertake responsibility for the financial and administrative functions.

Rick Piacenti has worked in the oil and gas industry for over 30 years and has a demonstrated track record of building companies’ financial and administrative operations. Prior to joining Quorum, Rick was the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Milagro Exploration, LLC where he was a founding partner. Before working at Milagro, Rick held a variety of executive management positions, including Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Mission Resources, Inc. as well as Vice President and Controller for both El Paso Production Company, Inc. and Cornerstone Natural Gas, Inc.
