Quorum Business Solutions, Inc (Quorum) is conducting a public workshop entitled “Mastering Software Implementations – Planning, Performing, Learning” on August 26th at the Hyatt Regency, Downtown Houston. This workshop is focused on enabling IT Executives and Senior IT Project Managers with effective and practical tools for all elements of software implementations. Led by Kevin Lewis, PhD, Quorum Senior Manager, this one day, hands on workshop will provide valuable information tools and processes to augment a company’s overall software application project management plan.
