Quorum Pipeline Transaction Management Increases Base by Over 55% in 2011
Software for Operator / Shipper Interactions Continues Momentum into 2012
Houston – June 13, 2012. Quorum Business Solutions, Inc. (Quorum), a leading provider of business and information technology solutions for the oil, gas, and renewable energy industry, announces another successful year for its interstate pipeline shipping software solution – Quorum Pipeline Transaction Management™(QPTM). In the past year, Quorum has added 20 interstate pipeline, intrastate pipeline and LDC assets to the product’s base, bringing the total number of assets managed to 56.
In January 2012, Quorum successfully released QPTM 4.0. Since that time, Quorum has begun three new major implementations of the recently released pipeline transmission software and has another two existing customer upgrades underway. This version of the pipeline deal capture software includes a standardized online contracting module (Request for Service) with mobility-enabled workflow for web / mobile phone access.

Additionally, enhancements to Quorum’s pipeline transaction software to support the North American Energy Standards Board (NAESB) 2.0 rollout are complete and will be delivered to customers in line with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) mandated timeline. This further cements our track record for timely NAESB compliance updates for all of our interstate pipeline Clients.
