Houston, Texas – April 2, 2003. Quorum Business Solutions, Inc (Quorum) announced today that it has entered into an agreement with Shell Gas Transmission to license, implement and support the Quorum Contract Management software application. A component of the Quorum Energy Suite, the Quorum Contract Management software application is designed as an enterprise-wide central contract repository that supports all contract management business processes through the entire contract life-cycle.

 

Shell Gas Transmission operates a rapidly expanding pipeline network to transport natural gas production from the deepwater Gulf of Mexico and, with its partners, operates six major pipelines capable of transporting over 4.6 billion cubic feet of gas per day.

 

The company will utilize the Quorum Contract Management system to manage contract information across several legacy applications and for multiple assets. Quorum assisted in the migration of applicable contract data, and completed the implementation in just eight weeks with a ‘go live’ date in March, 2003.
