Merit Energy Company Selects Quorum TIPS to Manage
Newly Acquired Gas Processing Facilities
Houston, Texas – March 23, 2004. Quorum
Business Solutions, Inc. (Quorum) has entered into an agreement
with Merit Energy Company (Merit) to deliver and provide
ongoing support for Quorum TIPS, the de facto accounting
software for the natural gas processing industry as well
as associated software products. Quorum TIPS and associated
products will help Merit to manage and support various gas
processing assets associated with Merit’s December
2003 purchase of all of Shell E&P’s oil and natural
gas wells and related gas plants, pipelines and other facilities
in Michigan.
