Denbury Resources Selects Quorum Land Software
Houston, Texas – May 11, 2004.
Quorum Business Solutions, Inc (Quorum) announced that it
has entered into a licensing agreement with Denbury Resources
Inc. (NYSE:DNR) for the Quorum Land software product. Denbury
is an independent oil and natural gas company engaged in
acquisition, development and exploration activities in the
Gulf Coast region of the US, holding significant reserves
and production in the state of Mississippi.
As part of its objective to increase
the value of acquired properties, Denbury has been actively
engaged in an initiative
to modernize its overall business systems infrastructure
including systems to manage land and lease management. Denbury
selected Quorum Land after a competitive evaluation of commercial
land and lease management software alternatives. The range
of functionality offered by Quorum’s product, positive
references from current Quorum Land Clients and a competitive
price were key factors in Denbury’s decision. The project
to implement the solution commenced in April 2004.
