Regency Gas Services Extends Quorum Software Licenses to Manage Newly Acquired Assets
Houston, Texas – June16, 2004.
Regency Gas Services, LLC (Regency) has agreed to a significant
expansion of its license for various Quorum software products.
Regency is an investment vehicle formed by a private equity
firm Charlesbank Capital Partners, LLC, and an experienced
gas management group. Regency recently acquired the Waha
gas plant and gathering facilities from Duke Energy Field
Services.
In 2003, Regency implemented a suite
of integrated Quorum software products including Quorum
TIPS, Quorum Measurement,
Quorum Imbalance, Quorum Regulatory Reporting, and Quorum
Division Order & Disbursements. Based upon Quorum’s
track record of product performance and responsive support
services, Regency chose to expand its license with Quorum
to support the new assets. Implementation of the Quorum software
on the new assets will be completed in June 2004.
