Quorum Business Solutions Inks Significant Software Deal with Energy Transfer Partners
Houston, Texas – November 2, 2004.
Quorum Business Solutions, Inc. (Quorum) has entered into a new licensing agreement with Energy Transfer Partners, L.P.
(NYSE:ETP) for a number of integrated Quorum Energy Software Suite products, including the 27th license for
Quorum’s industry leading gas plant accounting and allocations software - Quorum TIPS.
Energy Transfer Partners is a publicly traded partnership with a diversified portfolio of energy assets. The partnership’s
natural gas operations include approximately 6,500 miles of pipelines, as well as gathering and processing assets in Texas, Oklahoma, and Louisiana.
Energy Transfer Partners licensed multiple Quorum Energy Software Suite products including Quorum TIPS, Quorum Measurement,
Quorum Regulatory Reporting, Quorum Imbalance, Quorum Division Order & Disbursements, and Quorum
Query & Reporting. The implementation project will commence in
October 2004 and is set to complete in early 2005.
