Quorum Business Solutions Delivers Bilingual Land Solution to Tengizchevroil, LLP
Marks First International Licensing Agreement for Quorum
Houston, Texas - December 7, 2004. Quorum Business Solutions, Inc. (Quorum) has delivered a multi-lingual version of its Quorum Land software package to Tengizchevroil, LLP for use to support land resource management operations in Kazakhstan. The delivery of the system marks Quorum’s first licensing agreement to a client outside of North America. Tengizchevroil, LLP is a limited partnership between ChevronTexaco Overseas Company, ExxonMobil Kazakhstan Ventures, KazMinuaiGaz and LukArko that is involved in the turn-key development of the giant Tengiz and nearby Korlev oil fields in Kazakhstan.
Tengizchevroil entered in to the agreement with Quorum with the unique requirement to configure the software for use in the Kazakhstan market. The system was enhanced to provide Russian language capabilities and the ability to manage Kazakhstan-based land and lease agreements. Implementation of the software is complete and the system is in use by Tengizchevroil.
