Description: The overall goal of the BusinessObjects BI Platform 4.0: Administering Servers course is to give learners the skills and knowledge necessary to configure and manage the servers in a BusinessObjects BI deployment.

Student Profile: This course provides a foundation for system architects and IT administrators responsible for maintaining BusinessObjects BI platform servers within their organization.

Prerequisites: To be successful, learners who attend this course must have working knowledge of:

Windows convention
Familiarity with Windows Server 2000 / 2003 administration
Windows security concepts (global / local groups and directory structure)
Tasks involved in supporting BusinessObjects BI platform users & groups so they can access corporate data through BI launch pad
